Make sure that you have the qualities of a good novel!

I have made another thread, located here that has the "check lists" of a good novel. I won't go into specifics, but here are some generals:

Use correct homophones.

Stick with characters you will enjoy for a while.

Make a plot you can stick with.

Make a story that you will enjoy for a while. If you get bored easily, it won't be very easy for you to write a novel.
